Freddie's Charcuterie Boxes Terms and Conditions and Important Information
All of Freddie's charcuterie boxes are available for a limited time only and subject to availability. All orders must be placed by the specified dates and orders placed after this date/ late orders cannot be guaranteed. Full payment will be required once confirmed via email or direct message and details will be sent through. Due to the perishable nature of the products, all orders are non-refundable once confirmed. Please notify me of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of ordering. While every effort is made to accommodate requests, I cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Contents may vary slightly depending on seasonal availability, but all boxes will be of equal or greater value and quality. Boxes should be refrigerated upon receipt and consumed within 24 hours for best quality and food safety and once collected or delivered, responsibility for the product passes onto the customer.
